Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 June 2026
The service
Postynd is an AI-assisted content platform that helps businesses research, write, and publish articles and social media content. It is operated by Code Melodies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at hello@postynd.com immediately.
One subscription covers the number of sites specified in your plan. You may not share your account across unrelated businesses without an Agency plan.
Subscriptions and billing
Postynd is billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless you cancel before the next billing date.
New accounts start on a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial and will not be billed.
Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, and it will not apply until your next renewal after that notice period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
You may use Postynd to generate and publish content for your own business or for clients (within the site limits of your plan). You may not use the service to:
- Generate content that is knowingly false, defamatory, or designed to mislead consumers.
- Publish content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Publish content that promotes illegal activity or violates the laws of England and Wales or the jurisdiction in which your business operates.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Postynd platform or its APIs beyond what is provided for in your plan.
- Use the service to generate spam, doorway pages, or content designed solely to manipulate search rankings in a manner that violates search engine guidelines.
- Resell or sublicense access to Postynd without our written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. In serious cases we may do so without advance notice.
AI-generated content
Postynd uses large language models (including Google Gemini) to generate article drafts, reel scripts, and image prompts. You should treat all generated content as a draft that may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
You are responsible for reviewing content before publication and for any claims made in content published under your business name. Postynd's quality gate reduces the risk of errors but does not eliminate it. Do not rely on Postynd to verify legal, medical, financial, or regulatory claims without your own review.
Content generated by Postynd becomes yours once published. We do not claim ownership of articles or reels produced for your account.
Your content and data
Any business information, reference photos, or knowledge base data you provide to Postynd remains yours. You grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of generating content for your account and to store it as part of the service.
We do not use your business data or generated content to train AI models. We do not share it with other customers or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party integrations
Connecting Postynd to WordPress, Google Search Console, Instagram, or other third-party services is subject to those platforms' own terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that affect how Postynd integrates with them, though we will work to restore compatibility promptly.
Availability and support
We aim to keep Postynd available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unexpected incidents may cause downtime. We will communicate significant outages by email or via our status page where possible.
Support is provided by email at hello@postynd.com. We aim to respond to support queries within one business day.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Code Melodies Ltd's total liability to you in connection with Postynd is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or damage to reputation arising from your use of the service — including from errors in AI-generated content that you publish.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if we have reason to believe your use is causing harm to other users or third parties. We will give you notice where it is reasonable to do so.
On termination, your access to the dashboard and all generated content stored on our servers will end. We recommend exporting anything you want to keep before cancelling.
Changes to the service or terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you may cancel before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
